A police raid in a Brooklyn apartment turned up guns, machetes and 159 bogus credit cards, cops said Tuesday. Police made four arrests inside a single-room occupancy apartment on E. 34th St. by Ave. I around 7 a.m., after getting a search warrant as part of an ongoing probe, cops said. Inside the apartment, cops found two loaded handguns, an imitation pistol, two machetes, ammo, bags of pot, a stack of forged credit cards, fake IDs and more than $1,500 cash, police said. Cops arrested Kadeem Belgrave, 23, hitting him with weapons possession and 162 charges of possession of a forged instrument.
