Two Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies were cleared last month for fatally shooting a man when they responded to a domestic disturbance last September.Deputies Zachary Hasson, 22, and Andre Landells, 26, were “legally justified” when they shot Gregory Frazier, 55, on Sept. 9 and should not face criminal charges, according to a 22-page report from Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle. The report was given to Broward Sheriff Scott Israel on May 25. City Commissioner Beverly Perkins still called it “murder” at Tuesday’s city commission meeting.
