The largest charter school network in the city barred a mother from school grounds unless she apologizes personally to the principal of her son’s Brooklyn school for saying “damn” in front of students. Latasha Battle feared the banishment by Success Academy of Cobble Hill was going to keep her from attending her son’s fourth-grade graduation Wednesday.
